My experience with Lisa Fasano was deeply disappointing and unnecessarily stressful. I retained her for a protection order and divorce proceedings, but her actions only worsened an already challenging situation. Lack of Competence: She repeatedly failed to file critical evidence, made procedural... errors, and was consistently tardy to hearings, causing delays and increasing my legal costs. These mistakes directly jeopardized the outcomes of my case. Unethical Billing Practices: I was overcharged for services, including unauthorized rates for her legal assistant. Despite agreements, billing discrepancies were never fully resolved, and I received conflicting invoices that added confusion and stress. Unprofessional Behavior: Ms. Fasano frequently brought up personal matters during consultations, wasting valuable time. She also made offensive and derogatory comments about me, including calling me a "spoiled baby" in a text message that I was inadvertently included in. Failure to Advocate: Despite my repeated requests for mediation to expedite my divorce, she discouraged it unnecessarily, citing personal assumptions about my health. This delayed the resolution of my case and undermined my autonomy. Lisa Fasano's lack of preparation, focus, and professionalism made a painful process even harder. I cannot recommend her to anyone seeking a competent or ethical attorney. Please look elsewhere to avoid the stress and disappointment I endured.

Her attention to detail really paid off and her briefs could almost be considered a work of art. In the courtroom it was apparent she has the respect of Judges and Commissioners. Lisa’s skillset resulted in numerous financial judgments in our favor during and throughout the litigation. Lisa worked tirelessly to secure the best outcome for which we are grateful. Lisa is not a clock watcher. She does work at night and weekends therefore one who hires her should not be surprised to hear from her outside of normal working hours. To us that was comforting to know she was working on our case when many attorneys would close their briefcase for the day. Hiring a good, competent attorney for a marriage dissolution is not easy and emotions run high in a dissolution. Lisa has the ability to sort through the emotional aspects and concentrate on how the law applies while being cognizant of the stress her client is under. We have the utmost confidence in Lisa in her abilities and her results-oriented approach shines.

Lisa is simply an amazing attorney. She has helped me through a very dramatic and painful custody case.
