Biography
I have practiced in Bellingham since 1994. In addition to my law degree, I also have a Masters in Taxation to help clients work through their estate planning, business planning, business succession planning, federal estate tax and state estate tax needs.
I work closely with clients and their estate planning needs, including the drafting of their Wills, Powers of Attorneys, Trusts, Trust administration, Probate administration and minimizing or eliminating federal and state estate taxes. I also form corporations, LLC's, other business entities, shareholder agreements, operating agreements and contracts for my business clients.
