Robert J. Och

I first spent over $5K on the "Best in Bellingham" who inhaled all of it and did NOTHING! A mover told me in passing that there was a guy in Bellingham that never loses. I called Robert as they carried my stuff out of the house. He took my case, put a stop to all of her lies, made her face reason,... a miracle to say the least. He cost less for the year of great service than the "Best" did for 5 weeks! Do yourself a favor and call Robert first!

Not only does Mr Och have cool hair, he and Candace get the jobs done. I hired him for a divorce and custody case, and I never had to second guess them or felt the need to worry with them handling all the details and making my case. He's worth saving for and hiring first. He never tried to ta...lk me out of fighting for what I wanted and he understood my resolve to win. Hire him and know that his loyalties never waiver away from his clients. His hair is pretty cool too.

He is easy enough to get along with and likes to talk to help you feel comfortable. Unfortunately, when the pressure comes and things don't go his way in court, he doesn't fight. As stated by someone else before, if you want your ex to come out on top, hire him. I spent a lot of money to have him ...do something I could have easily done on my own. If you really want to win, I would look elsewhere. Also, if you expect your attorney to stay in contact, he won't. I always had to call.

I hired Mr. Och for an adjustment to a parenting plan. Right from the start I had difficulties getting a hold of Mr. Och and throughout the whole process I was never informed of what to expect, never given advice and requests I made were ignored. The paralegal was almost always available to answer th...e phone, but gave horrible advice and would often conflict her own advice. She usually did not want to give me the time of day and would often try to rush me off the phone, sometimes telling me she would relay a message to Mr. Och before I had even given her the message to relay. After a year and a half with Mr. Och, I somehow managed to pay him $10,000 with nothing to show for it. If you are considering hiring Mr. Och as an attorney, you should rather look into representing yourself, as this is what you will end up doing anyway. I should have paid more attention to the other reviews that warned me that Mr. Och would not put the necessary effort into my case and would not be prepared when the time came. Hire this lawyer if you want your ex to come out on top!
