I filed bankruptcy and Matt did an excellent job! He was extremely knowledgeable, on time for appointments, returned my calls/emails promptly and affordable. Highly recommend.

Mr Beaty was soft spoken and down to earth. I provided him with the info he needed to help me and he kept me on task to get it done. He was readily available by email at any time and responded promptly. I would recommend his services to anyone seeking a good attorney who cares about his clients.

Had to file a chapter 7 bankruptcy and was scared to death. From the moment I was escorted into the
conference room, I was made comfortable. Matt proceeded to explain the process in words I could understand. I gained confidence in what I had to do through his confidence. He kept me informed every step of the way. He allowed me to make payments for his fee as I was completely broke. He never asked me to pay more than I could each month. Most of all, he did not make me feel like I was a loser.

I went to Mr. Beaty for a bankrupsty. He was very willing to help me and to give his advice. He kept in contact with me thorough emails. Kept me posted on times to meet, what he might need and was very willing to adjust his time to work with my time. Than I had some sudden deaths in my family which he was very understanding about.
I would highly recommend him to anyone.

Matt Beaty was very knowledgeable and efficient in the bankruptcy process we were going through. He always got back to me whenever I had a question. He followed up with me on missing items he needed for the case. He was very friendly. He made the whole process less intimidating.

We saw in court many people who didn't have a lawyer and it seemed to us that they had many missing items and problems doing all the paperwork themselves. I highly recommend Matt!
