Kent Gregory Kok

I hired Kent to handle my divorce and custody matters. I gave him close to 8k over the course of a two year period with no results. I gave him an eye witness to hard core drug use in my children's home and he didn't bother to call and interview her. My money is long gone, Kent is long gone, I haven...'t seen or heard from my children in a month, and I am still not divorced. If anyone is interested in filing a class action law suit against him please leave a message here and we will put one together. I gave this guy everything I had.

The short: stay away. The mean: Argued continually against taking spouse to court for contempt - two years. Never did any research. I did the research and provided all of the documents, computations, accounting, RE research, hired work done while Kent did nothing. He finally told me that if I p...ut a lump sum of money on his table he would produce a divorce in two months. I did but he did not. Obtained an agreement in writing and signed but never even bothered to put it into formal motion form (by paralegal) to be submitted. He no longer answers phone or e-mails. I had to locate him through the building manager to get a photo copy in PDF of the agreement.

One year has passed since my divorce was final and I'm just now finding out my notarized Quitclaim Deed was never filed. When I brought it to his attention he referred me to my ex husbands lawyer who obviously wouldn't take my call. I was desperate when I went to see Kent a year ago. He calmed me down and explained what we had to do and I was reassured when I found out he handled cases in Skagit County and Bellingham and knew the judges and knew the process. Not only did he get me 3 times the money I initially asked for for m...aintenance/alimony, but he worked with me financially and for that I will be forever grateful. Kent is a family man, knows this area of the law, is easy to talk to and I highly recommend him for your divorce needs.

kent kok after getting my money he did not call me for 6 months even though i would call his office 1-2 times a month and politely ask for a return call so ken kok did nothing but screw me i lost my most valuable time and money he also claimed he was friends with prosecutor implied i was in good h...ands when in fact all he did was stall me for the prosecutor i have requested a fee statement twice and of course no results hey ken when you say your good at what you do? say to your clients what it is that you do exactly??? and make sure they know your good at screwing them out of their money and time o yes and feeding them to the wolfs! and not only will he drop the ball, but, when he's done he will kick it in your face this may explain why their is not a lot of review if he's good at screwing me over he will have no problem with you at this point $5000 is down the drain feel free to contact me.
