Our case was a nursing home medical malpractice lawsuit. We found Joe Bartek to be a tough, honest, respected, hardworking, and thorough attorney. The vehicle incedent my family and I were involved in happened almost six years ago, and just now settled. It took a long time for me to physically get to a point where it was known how my health would be for the future. We were concerned with finding the right attorney to handle our case, and ...interviewed several. Mr. Bartek was the last one we talked to about our case, and we both knew right then that he was the right choice. Joe Bartek's diligence never wiavered the entire time, and was always there for our questions and concerns. From the outset, he handled all contact with the insurance companies, both medical and auto, he made sure that we knew what was going on and kept us informed the entire time. He made sure to explain things in a language that we could understand, not just legal terminoligy. When ever there came a choice to be made, he did not pressure us one way or another. He let us make the decisions, and explained all the options and how they would affect us. I had many questions, and he answered all of them without being condescending or judgemental. I felt that he was there for me, not the big payday in the end. He treated us with respect, came to know us, and was very down to earth and easy to deal with. He never gave us any false hope, was forthright and honest in all the dealings we had with him. He didn't mention anything about numbers or what he figured the final outcome would be until the very end. During the nearly six years we dealt with this, there were several times when we almost gave up. We had lost hope in a positive outcome on our behalf, Mr Bartek kept his postive attitude, and helped us to see it through. Things turned out better than we could have hoped, and are very glad in our choice of attorney. We would absolutely recommend Joe Bartek to anyone asking, and although we never hope to need one again, he will be our first and only choice for an attorney in the future.

In working with Mr. Bartek I found that he was extremely fair and profesional in dealing with my case. He did everything in his power to make sure the case payed off as much as it could for me in the end. He was generous enough to pay for any doctors apt. etc. untill i had received my settlement and ...could afford to repay him for those expenses. He even went as far to set up an annuity for me that will pay off more than enough to allow me the opportunity to retire early, and with my injuries I will very much need this. I am forever gratefull to mr. Bartek for the many hours he deticated to my case. I went through a lot of mental and physical pain due to my car accident but Joe has spared me most of my pain and suffering in regards to my future.
