Eugene helped me handle my divorce after my ex and I had originally hired another attorney to complete what should have been a very simple, and quick divorce. we had already been seperated for years and had nothing to divide. We agreed were in agreement about everthing, custody and visitation of our ...son. But this other lawyer subsequently turned what should have been a quick divorce into a more than 3 year nightmare that turned us against each other. The process was further complicated because I am in the military stationed across the country. Once this other attorney had turned us against each other, he started lying to both of us, stalling, and trying to charge us more money. I was forced to find my own attorney to represent me. Eugene was amazingly helpful from the first time I talked to him on the phone. We never met in person, but whether it was on the phone or by e-mail he was always completely straight with me, took the time to explain things in simple terms, and was always quick to get back to me when I had questions. He never made me feel like my time or my money were being wasted, both of which were in short supply for me during this process. Thank to Eugene, I finally got a LONG overdue divorce. Even my ex agrees that if it wasn't for Eugene, her lawyer have never actually done his job and completed the divorce that we had already paid him to complete before hiring Eugene. Be wary of shady attorneys offering a one time fee divorce, even if your case is simple and you agree on everything. Once you pay someone a flat fee, they no longer have any incentive to care about your case, and may just end up lying, stalling, and doing anything they can to extort more money. Instead of hiring a cheap lawyer that couldn't even be bothered to spell our names properly on paperwork, we should have checked around more and hired Eugene in the first place. It would have cost us a lot less money, and saved us a lot of sanity. But, live and learn I guess. I can't recommend Eugene highly enough. He provided me amazing service at a cost to me that was more than fair. I am forever thankful to him for helping me finally end my divorce nightmare.
