Inconsistent communication
Paid a retainer for services. Services were completed without using full retainer. Was promised refund for remaining amount. Have not recieved refund after multiple calls and Eugene is not returning our phone calls. Cannot recommend due to lack of ethics for refund and lack of communication.

Replied last July 18, 2017We are very sorry for the inconvenience. Our billing was behind in July due to holiday and an unexpected vacation in the middle of the month. I acknowledge that the refund was expected to be available by Friday, and we worked over the weekend to make sure that you received the refund and a phone call on the following Monday.
