He worked a miracle. No way I should have gotten off, but he came through.

I have used him several times, and so have my family. Each time he has successfully won the case for us. In my situation, I told the cop I would see him in court (not so smart a thing to do!!) Anyway, James got the ticket removed. Moral of story--keep your mouth shut, don't speed, and if yo...u get a ticket call James.

He has won every case for me!

I have used James several times over the years and have been very pleased with his professionalism, courtesy, truthfulness in what to expect , positive attitude and of course results. He has won every case for me. I would recommend him to anyone.

Two tickets dismissed with ease!

James Mucklestone has represented me on two speeding tickets. He immediately put me at ease with his friendly manner and professional confidence. For the first case, I went to court to see him in action. James handled my case so well! He got the ticket dismissed quickly and I was amazed. A year or ...so later I got another ticket and that time I just sent the ticket as he instructed me and happily paid his fee. He called to tell me he also got that one dismissed. I am a happy repeat client! Call James when you need him!

Hire him - definitely.

James was recommended to me by a friend, and I will be forever thankful that I had him in my corner for my DUI case. I was worried sick as my case looked grim at the outset. James helped me gain a much needed perspective about my situation, and was exceptionally supportive to me as a criminal defe...ndant and as a person. He was unwaivering in employing his energy and creativity to my case, and it paid off. My case was dismissed this morning and I am convinced that would not have been the outcome with another lawyer. I observed many other defense attorneys in the courtroom, and they are not of the caliber of Mr.Mucklestone.

Repeat defendent

I hired James to represent me 3 times so far for traffic infractions including, 2 speeding violations and 1 traffic accident. All three tickets were dismissed and ill I had to pay was the court fees. The first time I used him was while I was on a business trip to Vegas, and called him the day the tic...ket had to be mailed (which I had left at home), he said not to worry about it and handled everything. Most the time you wont have to appear in court, or even provide details about how you received the ticket. Call James, send payment, get a letter or a call with the results. Easy peace of mind. I couldn't ask for better service and have recommended him to many friends and family members.

"I endorse this lawyer. He's the best lawyer I've ever seen in Traffic Court. In my opinion, many judges see Contested Hearings of Traffic Infractions as less significant than Criminal Traffic charges like DUI and Reckless Driving (which James also excels at handling). But many citizens' only exposure to the court system is a Traffic hearing. But they often don't realize the ramifications of Infractions on their insurance, certain jobs, even suspension of their license if they accumulate a certain number of traffic infractions in a short period of time. Even though infractions can't land a driver in jail, fines continue to increase because the various governments need the revenue. James' work in traffic cases is important because he is one of the few lawyers who thwart what seems to be an increasing number of tickets issued.
