Very much needed an advocate and had a slam dunk case. He agreed, yet approached the offending party with a lame, soft communication that wouldn't have scared a flea. In fact the perpetrators are still offending with a vengeance so his actions did absolutely nothing except make things worse. Did n...ot stick up for me at all and would not follow up nor help in the slightest after my plea for additional help. Beyond disappointing and completely disheartening.

For a review of all my research and a phone call to his former co-worker at the very utility company causing me damage, at over a thousand dollars charge I was disgusted. Total milquetoast and questionable ethics. Complete waste of money. Did not feel he would or could represent me. I could do bet...ter on my own.
