In my opinion this guy took my deposit and gave me a report that didn't address my needs, it looked like something that a freshman slapped together the night before it was due. Spent more time blaming my records and telling me how he was busy with another case than giving me answers. Very little expe...rtise in my land rights issue in my opinion. Didn't tell me anything I didn't already know.
