Most contingent fee agreements are for attorney's fee from the total recovery and then deduct for costs, and then pay any subrogation interests,...

Doesn't matter that he has no license. His insurance should take care of your car damage and provide a rental car while your car is in the shop.

Yes, but probably only for the damage that you can actually record the culprit doing unless they admit to all the prior scratches also.

If you have uninsured motorist coverage, you can recover for your property damage and your injury claims. If not, then you will have to file suit...
