Claudia Elizabeth Augustine

The Law Office of Claudia E. Augustine was formed in 2002 with the goal of making personalized legal services accessible to families and individuals with value oriented priorities. Claudia's law practice focuses on trusts, wills and estate planning, family decisions about elder care, real estate, and small business formation and consulting. The law office provides exclusively virtual, mobile, and in-home services to make the process of meeting these needs as simple as possible for clients.  She endeavors to build a long-term relationship with her clients by meeting their varied legal needs at various stages of life with warmth and family oriented personality. Claudia has presented seminars and served as a guest speaker on topics such as the family-owned business, education savings trusts, facilitating difficult decisions about end-of-life and elder care, and estate planning for families to church groups, parenting forums and other community organizations.

Claudia is the mother of four children and resides with her family in the Mill Creek area. The joy and community that Claudia derives from her family is reflected in the focus of her practice on the needs of families and family businesses. She is active in her local community volunteering as a Girl Scout leader, a patient volunteer with Providence Hospice Services of Snohomish County, and with the Red Cross.

Claudia received her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Studies at the University of Washington in 1996, and her Juris Doctorate from the University of Washington School of Law in 1999. She is admitted to practice in the state of Washington.
