odd is not only a delightful human, but an incredibly effective lawyer. I called numerous legal offices around the area after my failed efforts to deal with a very frustrating medical bill debacle and was told again and again that they couldn't help/my case wasn't one they would work on. Todd instead took the time to meet with me, discuss the facts of my case, write up several letters on my behalf, and used his legal proficiency to advocate for me in a way I can't say many others would have. He doesn't sugar-coat or build up unrealistic expectations, and wants to honestly convey the reality of the options he can pursue for you. He's genuine and thoughtful, exudes a very confident humility that is so great to have in a lawyer and made me feel at ease immediately. Even more, he was successful in getting my debt cancelled and removed from collections and did so with unwavering skill, empathy, and professionalism. A really phenomenal lawyer all around and the Puget Sound region is lucky to have him.
Todd is very professional and respectable. He always looks out for you and does what's right. He took my case and followed through and I got what I needed. Gretchen who works with him always takes your interest at heart.

Compassionate and Professional
Todd Nichols represented me in a personal injury case. He is an outstanding attorney, extremely knowledgeable about the process as a whole, and always upfront with both the strong aspects of a case and those that could pose potential obstacles. He was always available to speak if I had a question and always responded to calls in a very timely fashion. In addition, and most importantly, he truly cares about his clients and will go above and beyond to provide excellent legal representation. I could not have asked for a better attorney and would highly recommend his services.

Special Needs Representation it's Best
Todd took my case on contingency and truly made the difference for my special needs friend in getting a meaningful settlement from the auto insurance company trying to minimize their responsibility! Todd was always available to answer questions and he always kept me informed as to what was going on at any given moment and what to expect in the future. I highly recommend him and am very thankful for all he has done for my friend!

Compassionate and Efficient
From start to finish Todd Nichols was always available if I had a question or concern. He was exceptionally thorough, making sure not to leave out any helpful or important detail; he was compassionate, as I had other health issues arise that at times made transportation difficult for me; he kept me informed of any development in a timely manner; he was kind and personable. He communicated very clearly what our options were, and what we should consider, and put it all in terms we could easily understand.
My case was in regards to injuries sustained during an auto accident. It wasn't a huge case, and I'm sure he had bigger things going on, but I never got the sense that he was feeling impatient at all. Simply put, he was great. I would recommend him to anyone who needs legal defense.

Professional and capable, with a great attention to detail!
Todd Nichols was recommended to us by another reputable Snohomish County attorney, and we have been extremely pleased with our experience with him.
We engaged Todd to defend us in a business law case that was rife with details and little complexities. He brought himself up to speed on the details in no time at all. Todd was a tireless advocate for our position. We felt that he not only believed our version of how events transpired, he also believed in the merits of our case. We felt like we were on the same team.
Todd has a down to earth way of making complicated issues easy to understand for the layperson. He is sympathetic to the client’s position while maintaining focus on what needs to be done. He is also clear about what he needs from his clients & in explaining and discussing strategy with clients. He was also sensitive to our financial constraints.
He is very professional, capable, and has excellent communication skills. We recommend Todd highly!

Knowledgable, dilligent, and professional
Assisted me in a business law matter against a major corporation and government agency and nailed down the corners so tightly that the judge ruled in our favor within minutes of arguments.
Todd is very personable and professional and did everything he was asked to do and more. He actually came up with a possible case I may file against the company I was fighting for another related issue.

Rude
He was very condescending to me and pretty much belittled me during my initial consultation after I was seeking advice for issues in the workplace. He was a hands down mean person and his comments made me cry.
