Sean helped me resolve a very difficult divorce/child custody case and I am so grateful he was on my team. After going to a free consult at Genesis and signing a retainer, the firm passed my case within the firm to its newest member, instead of the attorney on the retainer. The firm claimed it would be a “better financial fit”, and that “calendars are full”. Sean had never been in front of any commissione...r or judge in any civil or criminal case. This fact was also hidden from me the client. With his mutual military background Sean advocated for the respondent in every way. Non of the obligations the court ruled upon came to any fruition. Paperwork, deeds, titles, attorney fees, fines all are glazed over by Sean.
