Terrible Atty.

Hired for an employment discrimination case. Moved his office, legal assistant quit. Paperwork is sloppy. Yells at clients. Doesn't return calls or emails unless you badger him. Has 3 Bar Complaints since 2009, dig on WA State Bar Association Site. Terrible Lawyer, Bills you to tell you about all hi...s personal problems.

Excellent Attorney

Rodney Moodey has provided legal services for me from family law to employment law. He is prompt with appointments and with returning calls back. His honesty and standards he practices exceeds most, he is not your ordinary Lawyer. He has litigated my cases in a very professional manor with well above... satisfactory results. I would recommend his services to anyone and I have, to my friends and family. Wayne

Review

I had the misfortune of hiring this loser on what was to be a very easy and simple recovery of lost wages. Mr. Moody decided to act on his own, and without my authorization, offered the opposing party an agreement without my knowledge. He then lied to me stating that he had NOT processed the agreemen...t; although he had accepted a settlement payment, again without my knowledge. I filed a grievance against him with the WSBA, but they can do nothing, and Mr. Moody managed to talk his way out of another suspension; meanwhile I am out his fee PLUS the money it cost me by him acting on his own which effected the outcome of another litigation going on at the same time.
