founded O’Loane Law Group with my mother, Rodi Hartney O’Loane, after fifteen years of family law experience on my own. After Rodi retired in 2019, I maintained the law firm as a solo practitioner. I focus my practice on all aspects of family law – in litigation and in mediation. My primary goal is to help you create a durable solution for your family law issue.

I grew up in Oso and after graduating from Arlington High School in 1985, I earned my bachelor’s degree from Western Washington University, and attended Seattle University Law School and earned my law degree.

I have extensive litigation experience and substantial Alternative Dispute Resolution training and experience. My litigation experience taught me my clients have a unique insight regarding their family’s issues and are capable partners in their own litigation representation. Both approaches have made me a better “outside the box” family law attorney. I am honored to help people navigate a difficult time in their lives, whether it is through litigation or mediation.
