Martin E. Snodgrass

I'm just finishing up my bankruptcy (Chapter 13), that will be discharged in the next couple of weeks. So, I can honestly say that my total experience from start to finish with Mr. Snodgrass has been exceptional. I'm involved in lots of different businesses and as such have worked with a lot of attorneys in a variety of disciplines. The case involved collecting from a BK'd individual who had a partnership/ownership in a couple of properties. There was little case law on which to rely. And both the borrowe...r and the BK trustee had some basis in arguing that my collateralization was insufficient. Marty was first rate legally in all aspects. Better though was his strategic thinking and constant appreciation of the potential legal costs to get to a settlement.
