This are great cases to fight. The BAC machines require so much breath, that many folks have had the same problem ~ and I have had many "refusals"...

A stay generally means that no action is being taken during that time. If you have questions otherwise, you should contact a local lawyer.

It is possible. In WA, not having a BAC is often very helpful in minor consuming alcohol cases.
