This is a fair and cautions warning not to retain this attorney and this firm (Emery Reddy) in any employment matter that you have a claim for. My family and I retained Amanda and this law firm in an employment matter and received nothing more but true disappointment and even more despair. This at...torney is the type of attorney that will put the best interests of the firm’s (that being money of course, vice you the clients concerns or needs) ahead of you and your family concerns. Amanda is the type of attorney that will sell you an awesome story that you have a claim and that she is truly ready to represent you and your concerns fully in your best interests. But that is not the case in any form or fashion and she will not truly defend you when it comes time to deliver on your claim. Amanda appears to be a very young and junior attorney (who initially displayed some form of experience but went on to display her lack of experience in difficult cases and or claims) who always appeared to be very reluctant in our case with my family because if she had to take our claim to litigation. It seemed more to us as if she was more willing to settle at any cost (especially a lower settlement if she can just get the mediation done, so she can just take her firms “one-third” and make money!) My family and I had a true and proven claim but Amanda did nothing more but fold (during the mediation with the defendant’s legal attorney and the company’s representative) when it came to represent us during mediation, all she really did was agree to the defendants terms despite of how we as her clients felt during this most vexing situation of our lives. This attorney is just most certainly there to collect any type of money that she can benefit from you and your claim for the firm. Truly, if you and your family are seeking justice in your claim, then this is NOT the attorney or firm for you. This attorney even after all was said and done, did nothing more but leave my family with even more sadness and despair. Please seek true justice in another more competent attorney and a firm the you feel will have you and your family’s best interest at heart!
