With repossessed loans, are the companies still supposed to charge you an interest rate, with no set loan term?

Go see an attorney. One option, if you qualify, is discharging the debt in bankruptcy.

Typically iras are exempt but you need to present more facts, I. E what's the lien for etc. go see an attorney

Hire an attorney in your state and out if you have statutory right to force doctor to correct medical your records. You should be able force...

Contact them and try and get to pay. If you had separate agreement sue them in small claims court.
