I inquired with the Chihaks. I received one quick and short call from John, on which we scheduled the consultation call for the following Monday. I never heard from him and he completely ghosted me, ignoring my calls, voicemails, and emails. I have called their office multiple times and only get the...ir voicemail. It has been over a week at this point. I'm not sure what happened but it is much more professional to just say you don't want to work with me than to just ignore me. Will be looking elsewhere for help.

To be upfront John and Robyn won my case. What I'm dissatisfied with is their lack of communication. They don't want to talk to you much. When they (Robyn) are trying to get you to choose them, They are super supportive and tell you how bad the "system" is. Everything after the initial call is all th...rough email. They will no answer their phones or return your messages. When they say they will call you the day they get your award letter, they won't. Basically once they win and get a chunk of you backpay, they don't talk to you at all. I'm grateful they won my case. I just don't like when people lie. If you tell someone your going to do something do it. It's called integrity.

I consulted with John and he immediately instilled trust, integrity and hope in me that his firm was the one to represent me in my disability case. He and Robyn were always available to answer questions and keep me updated on a long process, that I could not of navigated without their representation.... I am so glad I hired their firm to represent me, and highly recommend them to anyone filing for disability.
