Brett B. Herron

Brett B. Herron is an experienced Washington personal injury lawyer with extensive arbitration and trial experience. He has been appointed by the court to serve as an arbitrator numerous times and is a proud member of the American Association for Justice (National Trial Lawyers Association) and the Washington Association for Justice (Eagle Member).

Prior to entering law school Brett served in the United States Army and served in Germany and Ft. Lewis, Washington. He was awarded the Army Commendation Medal at the conclusion of his enlistment for meritorious service. He later graduated from the University of Washington with a double major in Political Science and Communications. He graduated from Seattle University School of Law where he was an associate editor of the Law Review.

Brett prides himself on the personalized approach he takes with every case. No one case is the same as the other. To fully understand the effect of a client’s injuries and losses he believes it is important to get to know the client on a personal level.
