Robert Silber is the co-founder of Staton Silber, P.S., with over 20 years of experience in workers’ compensation law. For the past decade, he has partnered with Natasha Staton to represent injured workers in administrative proceedings, litigation before the Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals, and appellate courts. Mr. Silber is deeply committed to treating clients with dignity and providing personalized attention. He takes the time to understand each client’s unique story, recognizing the importance of their personal background in achieving the best outcomes.
Mr. Silber is a respected member of the Washington State Bar Association (WSBA) and the Washington State Association for Justice (WSAJ). His leadership is evident through his role as Chair of WSAJ’s Workers’ Compensation Section and his active participation in committees that work with the Department of Labor and Industries to resolve issues impacting injured workers. These efforts highlight his dedication to advocacy and his commitment to improving the workers’ compensation system for all.
