Highly Recommend

Brooks was amazing in guiding me thru the collaborative divorce process. She was reassuring when I doubted my own resolve and yet she was honest when conveying what would be a fair and reasonable outcome for both parties. She was encouraging when she knew I needed to step up and yet she also knew w...hen she needed to step in. I found that Brooks personal experiences and her years of working with others have given her an incredible ability to relate in a genuine and thoughtful way. I am truly grateful for her support, patience and understanding as I worked thru one of the most challenging times for myself and my family. I am happy with the outcome of the divorce. I highly recommend her as a collaborative divorce attorney and more importantly as a counsel who guides her clients thru what, at times can be, a trying and emotional journey.

Professional, Personal, and Efficient

I highly recommend Brooks as a divorce lawyer. She was the perfect balance of professional and personal. During our consultation, she listened carefully to my specific concerns and goals and provided legal suggestions and guidance about the process. She connected me with great neutral professionals ...to help with asset division and development of a parenting plan. Throughout the process, she was responsive and very thorough. She knows her stuff! She worked very hard to help me meet a tight filing deadline, which kept the costs down. She always kept conversations centered around the best interests of the kids, which made for a very successful process. Thank you, Brooks!

Don't Hire

I felt railroaded into using Brooks and wish I'd taken the time to research it further. I'd never been divorced and she was recommended after my first lawyer fell through. She did not stand up for me; if anything I felt like she was joining ranks with my ex and her attorney. Would not recommend, she ...did not represent me or my wishes

I'm sorry you had a negative experience with my firm. This matter does not sound familiar, nor does it seem to fit within the parameters of my collaborative law practice, though I strive for the utmost client satisfaction in every case. Please contact me directly to discuss your specific concerns.

Excellent!

Brooks was so attentive and understanding of my situation. She was knowledgeable and quick to answer any questions I might have. Divorce can be very scary to get through but I felt confident that Brooks was guiding me in all the right directions. I was much better off for having hired her.

Very good expeience!

Brooks was professional and supportive during my divorce process. She was always available when I needed her to answer questions while I was going through the occasional emotional turmoil that I experienced while coming to a settlement with my ex-husband. Her calm demeanor and knowledge of the WA s...tate divorce law and community property guidelines was outstanding. I would highly recommend her and, already have, to friends and colleagues.
