We were impressed with Michael's ironclad process, one that was designed to get us from start to finish in an agreed upon time frame. He educated us, clearly communicated our options, roles and responsibilities. Michael held us accountable. We were very pleased to finalize our documents and receiv...e them in the special packaging that is exclusive to his practice. Michael's flair and good humor made the completion of the process feel more like a celebration than a "signing."

I put off this work for ten years because I just didn't know how to proceed (what my options were, how to begin, how long it would take, etc.). I'm stunned by how easy Michael made this process. During the course of one meeting I found myself making decisions quickly and without angst, thanks to Mich...ael's clear guidance and very helpful laying out of the approaches available to me. This was an extremely pleasurable experience, and I'm very grateful to Michael for his expert knowledge and friendly working style.

Michael works with busy parents and he understands that things can get in the way - he is flexible with his schedule. And at the same time, he didn't let things go. He was like there is going to be a start and a finish to this, and I'm going to keep us on track because it's easy to get distracted wit...h the busyness of your life and your child, so I'm here to bring us back together when you aren't paying attention to this or not moving forward. He is warm and personable, and very down to earth. I don't know a lot of lawyers but he didn’t make me feel like he was too busy for us, or he was fitting us in. We were important. He made it as fun as something like this can be. As much as possible, he took the stress out of it and kept it in the most bite-sized chunks that he could. He made a very concerted effort to strip down the will so that it wouldn't be overwhelming for us. It felt like he really understood what the process was and worked hard to make it digestible for us. Instead of making us fit into the process.

My husband and I started started working with Michael to make our wills when I was near the end of my pregnancy. I ended up having my baby a week earlier than expected. He was willing to wait a little longer and then come over to our house, and really work around that. I really appreciated that about... working with him. I also thought he was very transparent in terms of the process and what was included and the fees. And I appreciated getting all of that information up front in a way it was easy to figure out if it was something we wanted to do and what the process would involve. Now that it’s done, it's made us both feel good, like we have accomplished an important task of being responsible adults!
