I work for a small Seattle Tech company and we recently decided to consider candidates that require Visa sponsorship for employment. Lisa and her team (Mary, in our case) have been a HUGE help to us in this process. Lisa talked with me about TN visa's and what the process looked like when we had our first Canadian employee. They made sure we had the right paperwork, information on the application and made sure it got to our new employee on time! They also talked with our new hire about the process and answered all of his questions so he felt informed and comfortable.
Then, when we began considering H1bs, Lisa talked with me for over an hour about transferring visas, new visas, student visas and the greencard/perm process. They talked with our first hire as well and made sure he had all of the information he needed to make a decision about start date/premium processing and provided an overview of the entire process. They helped get us registered, made sure we knew what was upcoming and sent reminders and followed up at every stage.
I honestly can’t say enough about Lisa and her team. I feel very comfortable working with them, my employees feel comfortable working with them and I trust the information, instructions and advice they provide. They were referred to me by another partner we work with which I validated on Avvo before initially reaching out, and I can’t say enough good things about them now myself!

We hired Lisa and her team to help us with my K1 Visa and permanent residence status adjustment. She and her team are really helpful, experienced, friendly, patient and guided us through the whole process. If we could, we would offer 6 stars, not only 5 as the system allow us. Having them in our side was a blessing!! We highly recommend them.

My company hired Lisa Christoffersen in January 2015 and she has provided counsel to us on over 20 matters so far this year. She is very responsive, fantastic at strategizing solutions to challenging immigration issues, and we have had great success with our petitions. We are very lucky to have found her - I don't know what we would do without her and her excellent team. Highest recommendation!
