Never give-up until job accomplished

Lisa and her team have successfully completed my family's LPR. She has been extremely proactive during the whole process and has guided us through each step with professional proficiency and exceptional customer service. All paperwork was handled with extreme detailing and timely submission. Her enti...re team was very patient, whether it was dealing with us or with the USCIS, and is extremely knowledgeable about the current requirement. I do not hesitate to go to her for any of my future immigration processes which may arise. Lisa and the team made everything looks so simple. I also like to thank Tara to stay on top of various documentation and communication

Literally, the best.

I work for a small Seattle Tech company and we recently decided to consider candidates that require Visa sponsorship for employment. Lisa and her team (Mary, in our case) have been a HUGE help to us in this process. Lisa talked with me about TN visa's and what the process looked like when we had our... first Canadian employee. They made sure we had the right paperwork, information on the application and made sure it got to our new employee on time! They also talked with our new hire about the process and answered all of his questions so he felt informed and comfortable. Then, when we began considering H1bs, Lisa talked with me for over an hour about transferring visas, new visas, student visas and the greencard/perm process. They talked with our first hire as well and made sure he had all of the information he needed to make a decision about start date/premium processing and provided an overview of the entire process. They helped get us registered, made sure we knew what was upcoming and sent reminders and followed up at every stage. I honestly can’t say enough about Lisa and her team. I feel very comfortable working with them, my employees feel comfortable working with them and I trust the information, instructions and advice they provide. They were referred to me by another partner we work with which I validated on Avvo before initially reaching out, and I can’t say enough good things about them now myself!

HR Manager

Lisa is fantastic. My current position is my 4th company I've used Lisa as our immigration attorney. I was new to immigration the first time I used Lisa and she walked me through everything. She is patient, knowledgeable and timely. More importantly she is extremely honest. You can speak freely ...with her and I get the same in return. I remember in particular her diligence and expertise around 2001/2002 when everything was in flux with immigration and regulations were changing. I will ALWAYS call Lisa first with any immigration questions regardless of where I am.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
