Ilene drew up a new will for my mother after my father passed away in February. It was thorough and exactly what my mother wanted. Ilene also did a Power of Attorney for me, as my mother needs lots of help with her financial affairs. Our experience with Ilene was pleasant, and she was very profes...sional. I would recommend her to anyone looking for estate planning.

She was thorough and very informative in situations or potentials of which I was previously unaware. She did research on an issue which could have become problematic and presented me with options to solve it, which I appreciated. I felt that she was considerate and understanding of my intent and wi...shes, but added to that a knowledge base which helped me express them so that they could be backed up legally. It gave me a sense of safety. I would definitely recommend her for estate planning.

This is a good attorney if you have a small case that can be settled easily and fairly. However I would avoid her in cases that could mushroom out of control. She did not take the offensive when representing my company and I wound up having to file for personal bankruptcy protection simply because wh...en the the opposition figured out she worked alone, they buried her in bogus paperwork causing my fees to reach in excess of 90k in 18 months which cost me my business. She is very ethical and it doesn't take long for her opposition to figure this out and exploit it in their favor. Also by working alone without an official paralegal, one winds up paying full attorney fees for even the most simplistic of tasks.
