Biography
I've been practicing law in the greater Seattle area for over 25 years, assisting businesses and individuals alike with their legal needs. My practice covers all aspects of complex civil litigation, and I have especially enjoyed working on matters involving commercial and residential real estate. This aspect of my practice includes the acquisition and leasing of real property; partnership and entity disputes among co-owners; boundary and development disputes among adjacent landowners; creation and litigation of easements and covenants; landlord/tenant issues; and workouts on problem properties. Clients include individuals and families, many of the malls and property management companies in the Puget Sound region, and several national REITS and institutional owners of industrial property in the SODO, Eastside, and Tukwila neighborhoods, as well as King, Pierce and Kitsap counties.
