Darla has over 29 years of experience handling family law matters including divorce and legal separation, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements, and complex property issues. Her current practice focuses on prenuptial and cohabitation agreements, cooperative and collaborative divorce, and legal consulting for self-represented parties.
After years of litigation experience, her focus is on the respectful and efficient resolution of your matter outside of court whenever possible. Darla gets any job done
Whether it is mediation, trial, or prenuptial, Darla is knowledgable and non-confrontational if possible but tough when necessary. You can trust her advise because she has a great deal of experience and a good network when she doesn't. She keeps everybody informed by using technology where possible.
