Michael John Zimmar

I had a car accident that happened while working so I was faced with an L&I claim, dealing with the other drivers Insurance, my Insurance along with all of the medical providers that I had to go see and trying to go back to work playing catch up after missing days. Along with just trying to get healt...hy, I had no clue which direction to go to get everything sorted out so I found Zimmar law. Once I agreed to work with Michael i went to his office and dumped everything on his desk and he sorted everything out, he was very helpful in making sure that I understood with clarity everything that I needed to do step by step along the way and most Importantly he made at least 100 phone calls gathering Information . Michael was available via email and phone and very responsive when I tried to contact him with questions, I never felt like I wasn’t getting my “money’s worth”. Thankfully my Injuries were not life threading or anything too serious so the case wasn’t large but I felt like Michael went the extra mile to treat it equal to any other case. I was hesitant to get an attorney after our accident but once the insurance began resisting treatment for my 4 children who were involved i needed help. Michael has worked diligently over the past year and still is to makr sure my family returns to the best possible health after the accident. He unde...rstands the ins and outs so much he is able to guide every decision including once when a doctor was too pushy with a contract for a treatment plan that set off alram bells with Michael. He guided me carefully to even make sure my tretment provider was honest. Which i really apprrciated becaise when youre in pain you can quickly jump at the chance to get better and may believe claims without fully considering. I dont know the outcome of my case as of yet, but i know had i never hired Michael i would have settled for being in pain for the rest of my life. Im not out of pain yet, but have gotten to the right treatment providers and am seeing a light at the end of the tunnel, finally! Without Michael i would have given up on all the hassle and discomfort of dealing with insurance agents pressuring me to meet their demands which are only to save the insurance money and secure their jobs.
