Michael John Zimmar

Michael Zimmar deserves Lawyer of the year! I was referred to Michael by a close friend and when I made the first phone call it was the best decision I've made. Michael stayed on top of my case since day one until the very end. He is extremely professional and made sure to communicate with me through... out the whole process. He went out of his way on multiple occasions to take care of me as his client, squeezed me in between appointments to fit my schedule. I work daily with numerous personal injury attorneys across the nation. There are 3 maybe 4 that I would entrust my family to. Michael is at the top of this list. Michael is not only an amazing attorney, but he is personable and seems to truly care about his clients. While he does greatly rely on... his assistant, you will never find yourself brushed off to his assistant or another person in the office and will always find that he personally makes an investment in your case both with his time as well as his interaction. Michael worked with us throughout an almost 3 year duration after my husband was in an auto accident and injured. There were many frustrations with his injuries and healing has been a multistep process. Michael was with us every step of the way, giving encouragement and advice and at times, was just there to be supportive and encouraging, and yet never faltered from who he is (in other words, this was never a false support). I will give a word of caution, however. Michael is a realist. He will speak his mind and is strong-willed, which is perfect in any attorney who you ask to fight for you, but does not always mesh with every persons persona. Please be aware that he will ask you to do your fair share in your case, but this will pay off in the end as you will leave with a greater knowledge. Under the surface, you may even find a witt and sense of humor that is hilarious. Michael is an honest attorney. He rules by what is right and wrong and upholds his sense of credibility in all matters. He is honest and upfront not only to you, but to all his clients. I have worked with him multiple times (thankfully spaced far apart) and have never found this integrity to falter. He works for his clients and takes pride in his work and his wins. I would recommend at the very least a consult with Michael. I have found him to be an amazing person and someone who I am proud to have had work my husbands case and whom I know.

I had a car accident that happened while working so I was faced with an L&I claim, dealing with the other drivers Insurance, my Insurance along with all of the medical providers that I had to go see and trying to go back to work playing catch up after missing days. Along with just trying to get healt...hy, I had no clue which direction to go to get everything sorted out so I found Zimmar law. Once I agreed to work with Michael i went to his office and dumped everything on his desk and he sorted everything out, he was very helpful in making sure that I understood with clarity everything that I needed to do step by step along the way and most Importantly he made at least 100 phone calls gathering Information . Michael was available via email and phone and very responsive when I tried to contact him with questions, I never felt like I wasn’t getting my “money’s worth”. Thankfully my Injuries were not life threading or anything too serious so the case wasn’t large but I felt like Michael went the extra mile to treat it equal to any other case. I’m very happy with the outcome and hopefully I don’t get in another accident but if I ever do there isn’t anyone else I’d work with. Ron
