I then traveled back east to attend Boston University School of Law, where I graduated with Honors in the Concentration of Litigation and Dispute Resolution. I also externed for the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Boston for the Chief of the Financial Litigation Division.
I relocated back to my hometown of Kent, WA after over a decade of practice with large firms in New York City and Philadelphia. During my free time, I enjoy gardening, movies, hiking, skiing, and anything out on the beautiful waters of our Pacific Northwest. Shannon was so helpful.
Shannon was excellent! I called the office, honestly in a panic because I was served debt collection papers due to my ex's nonpayment of bills. She walked me through the process, calmed me down and let me know what steps to take. I would recommend her to anyone in a similar situation.

Excellent Resource
I have consulted with Shannon on bankruptcy and business issues that are outside of my area of practice and I found her to be very knowledgeable and also very good at explaining complicated issues in an easily understandable manner.
"If you need an iron fist in a velvet glove, Shannon is for you. She has the technical horsepower gained in big firm practice. She is able to quickly and effectively parse out all the facts and issues and arrive at a complete set of practical resolutions. She is adept at developing confidence, and peace of mind for her clients. She has an unparalleled ability to bring even the most difficult people to the table to find and close a deal that works for everyone. Basically, she is everything I wish I could be and I recommend her wholeheartedly and without the slightest reservation."
"I endorse this lawyer! I have known her professionally for several years and know her to be accurate, thorough, dedicated and compassionate. In short, a highly professional attorney. I have referred cases to her and will continue to do so as I know she will take very good care of the clients I refer to her."
"Shannon Wing was co- counsel with my law firm, Dilworth Paxson LLP, in complex litigation in the bankruptcy and federal district courts of the Southern District of New York, including civil, criminal and bankruptcy cases, and appeals in the Second Circuit Court of Appeals from 2002 to 2007. These cases arose from the failure of Adelphia Communications. Shannon was exceptionally bright, understood the complex issues very quickly and was of invaluable assistance to me in both written and oral advocacy. I have since recommended her without hesitation to other clients and law firms. We have had a few other chances to work together, and it was always a very positive experience. She is a very talented, smart lawyer with advanced skills in the bankruptcy area."
"Shannon is a highly skilled, straight shooting attorney that knows how to attack creditor debtor issues from many angles. She is also a rare gem in the Seattle/Washington market for having big law experience in complex bankruptcy issues to include ch 11, ch 15, and adversarial proceedings. I can unhesitatingly recommend her services."
