Olga Prygoda

Olga is a U.S. - licensed attorney (Washington State) specializing in business immigration law. Olga graduated with an LLM in U.S. Law from the Antonin Scalia School of Law at George Mason University and an LLB (Common Law) from the University of London, England. Prior to joining Stelmakh and Associates, a Seattle-based boutique immigration firm, Olga led U.S. immigration practice at BCF Business Law, a large multidisciplinary firm in Montréal, Canada.  Specialties: Business immigration and international workforce mobility law, work permits under Trade NAFTA, E-1 / E-2 Treaty Traders/Treaty Investors, L-1A/B Multinational Managers and Specialists, U.S. Permanent Residence ("Green Card"), U.S. inadmissibility waivers (criminal). Nonimmigrant experience includes H-1B, L-1A and L-1B (Individual petitions and Blanket applications), E-3 (Australian professionals), H-1B1 (Chilean/Singaporean professionals), TN, J-1, I, O-1, E-1, E-2, P-1 and B-2 domestic partners, as well as applicable dependent categories. Muskie Graduate Fellowship Program (2001-2003); and has interned with The Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, D.C. Olga is fluent in English, Russian, and French and is learning Ukrainian, her father's native language.
