Auto Accident day after Christmas
Dan has been top notch in handeling our automobile accident. I can't rate him high enough, from day 1 to the last, he has stayed with it, keeping us informed, negotiating, reviewing, compiling documents, reviewing with doctors, and all involved.............the best.

Highly recommend
Daniel Pope and his staff were exceptional to deal with during my personal injury claim. Dan is aggressive but very professional and gave me great service and got a good result. His experience really pays off and I would recommend him immediately to anyone needing an attorney.
"I worked with Dan on a number of matters in the early days of my practice, and I now call on him for advice and discussion of tough issues all the time. Dan is a very effective and experienced injury lawyer. His background in criminal prosecutions has given him mastery in the courtroom, and he will not back down from a fight. With more than twenty-five years experience litigating injury cases, he understands the subtleties of leveraging his client's claims against insurance companies. He fights hard for his clients, and I do not hesitate to refer cases to him."
"I have known Dan Pope professionally for 22 years. I strongly recommend him as a personal injury attorney. There are several key criteria I look for in making a personal injury referral. Dan satisfies them. He is a skilled negotiator and litigator with over 25 years experience. He knows the inherent value of appropriate settlement and how to acheive it. Most importantly, he combines those skills with the willingness and energy to fight for his clients as necessary. Dan has backbone. He will not hesitate to challenge insurance adjusters on value and take matters to trial. Dan works his cases personally. You will be able to reach him when you need to. He is hard working, ethical, practical and genuinely devoted to the needs of his clients. He treats them with respect and empathy. I make decisions on which lawyers I refer people to with care. I recommend Dan Pope because I know Dan approaches matters with skill, vigor and sound judgment. Chris Mason, Smyth & Mason, PLLC"
