Simply the best immigration attorney in Greater Seattle

I would recommend Paul to anyone who's looking for an immigration attorney. We consulted other attorneys before but Paul is no doubt the best one in the Greater Seattle area. We had a family based green card case with him and he's definitely super knowledgable and helpful. He knows about all the immi...gration requirements and the processes, and he answered our questions super fast. He went through all the documents with us and provided clear instructions at each immigration stages. We really appreciate his professional work.

An expert at immigration law

Paul was an absolute dream to work with in helping to get my marriage-based residence card in under two years - he truly is an expert in what he does. From the first day my husband and I had our intro consult with him, to the day I got my approval, Paul was always available for questions, he was cons...istently prompt, detailed, and direct, and left zero room for error. Given that I was on various visas over the past two years, he helped find the best strategy for my specific case. He ensured I had all of my necessary paperwork filled in properly and filed on time, and kept me updated whenever timelines changed, given the political environment and COVID-19 pandemic. Paul made the immigration process seamless, always making me feel like my case was being taken care of with the utmost attention, and as such, I would highly recommend you reach out to him for your immigration needs. Thank you so much, Paul!

Hiring Paul was the best decision

I worked with Paul for both my Residence and Citizenship processes and I am glad I did because having a lawyer makes a huge difference in understanding what to do, what not to do and why as well as knowing what to expect. He is very clear, honest and direct when explaining anything, always availabl...e when needed (responds really quick to questions and concerns), he checks in for every important step of the process making sure you are both on the same page and most importantly he is the most reliable advise you can get. Paul is also a very friendly and funny person which makes the tedious details and paperwork part less stressful.

Efficient and extremely knowledgeable

Hey, you, reading this review. How are things? Probably a little edgy, eh? I was in your shoes not very long ago. It’s almost a state of being as an immigrant (or “non-immigrant” for that matter). I’d status-hopped for a number of years since I first came to the US as a graduate student. But now, my ...wife and I were looking for someone to help me “adjust” my status, and become a permanent immigr err resident. I’d found the perfect attorney through an online search – someone local, here in Spokane, top of my Google “immigration attorney Spokane” search. So we met up and they were full of it – gall, that is, for thinking they can fool two PhD’s who can Google search legality of a I130/I485 petition as an H1B status holder. So I got back in your shoes again (they’re comfy, what can I say), and got back on Yelp. And I removed “Spokane” from the search – immigration law is federal law. And I found Paul. Let me tell you about Paul: He’s a friendly guy, with a unique (good) sense of humor but what we all really care for – he is an extremely knowledgeable and competent immigration attorney. We’re in Eastern WA and Paul is in Seattle. At no point did we feel that distance was getting in the way of our application/petition. He patiently listens to your concerns on the phone (Lord knows I had several over the months – being on a ‘temporary’ visa gives you PTSD) and patiently explains procedures/protocols. He’s quick to respond to queries. I was shocked to hear back from him sometimes on a Sunday evening. Really, Paul? Your family must hate your clients. Paul had a meticulously prepared form and checklist that we filled out as he was preparing our I130/I485 (+EAD and Travel authorization) applications. His communications are short but precise – no fluff, no room for misinterpretation. Some folks might read that as cold and unfriendly, I see that as him being efficient. I appreciate efficiency. When you’re going up to the USCIS for an immigrant petition of any sort, you don’t need friendly, you need an efficient professional. I had several self-induced panic moments after the application was submitted (“Paul, I actually re-entered the US of a different date than what we put on the application gaaah!”) or one that was USCIS-induced albeit by their mistake (as I will never forget Paul telling me: “Clearly, an erroneous request (from the USCIS)…”). Paul calmly explained how we would deal with it – if and when we needed to. Paul, do you have steel ball bearings for breakfast? Nothing ruffles this man. Paul called-in via telephone for our actual interview at the local office (he must like Spokane or something) and you could tell he has done this a thousand times with how he interacted with the interviewer. Our interview went off without a hitch. Paul was quick to jump in to make sure things went as smoothly as possible when there was even the slightest semblance of a possible miscommunication. The interviewer made it sound like he was inconveniencing us by keeping us “so long”. I’ve been on various statuses (statii?) in the US for 10+ years. I’ve seen other immigration agencies handle petitions on my behalf in the past. Take it from me, Paul is the best immigration attorney you can have in your corner, regardless of whether your situation is easy and especially if it is not. He’s a straight-shooter who knows his trade – he knows immigration laws and he knows how the USCIS operates. All those suspiciously positive reviews you’ve been reading are real (I didn’t believe it either at first – I’m a scientist, I’m suspicious of everything). Trust me, he’s good. If you’re looking for an immigration attorney, you better call Paul.

The best immigration lawyer in Seattle!

Paul is simply the best immigration lawyer you can find in the Seattle area. He made our entire green card process very organized and told us very early on exactly what is going to happen. And the whole process turns out exactly as he said. He is extremely knowledgeable, organized, and incredibly res...ponsive. He was with us during the interview via phone due to COVID but we are extremely pleased with how he handled the situation. If you want the best immigration legal service, I highly recommend Paul!
