Counsel clients through all stages of AVN and civil litigation including depositions, mediations, ADR, and trial; argue pleadings, motions, and conduct trials in state and federal superior, appellate, and bankruptcy courts.

Corporate structure and formation, to bylaws and operating agreements, to shareholder and financier agreements, to strategic partnership or dissolution agreements, as well as other internal documents governing fundamental and elective operations.
