I retained Tsai Law Company and worked with Stockton Pendergast as well as his legal assistant Dakota while going through a divorce. Divorce is an arduous and unpleasant process in the best of circumstances; Working with Stockton made the process at least procedurally easy. Stockton and Dakota w...ere always prompt with responses, updates, and answering questions about my case. I particularly appreciated that Stockton was able to answer questions thoroughly and practically about paths forward in negotiation and talk through potential outcomes. He was very good at talking me through both the process itself, as well as the pros and cons of all the decisions I needed to make. Their advice and expertise helped me resolve my case without needing to go to court, despite sometimes contentious settlement negotiations. I would highly recommend working with Tsai Law Company for Family Law matters, although I do hope that I don’t need to employ them again for my own sake!

Stockton was my lawyer fighting main custody and for my life as a devoted and loving mother to my 2 kids. He was on top of my case, consistent follow ups and updates and all I have to do is verify, agree and work with him with our goal. He always makes sure we’re on the same page.
