Professional Guidance

Boat Fiasco

Mr. Gardner was very helpful in assisting me with a previous tenant who abandoned a 24 foot power boat on my property. Due to neglect on the tenant the boat had partially sunk into the lake. I had originally hired a company to remove the boat; however they would not do so without the permission from... the owner. At that time, I found out that the tenant wasn’t even the owner of the boat. When the tenant vacated they provided me with incorrect forwarding addresses and telephone numbers. The City of Seattle imposed a fine of $500 per day if I didn’t remove the boat. Mr. Gardner was very professional and took over the issue for me. The process was painless for me and the results were awesome. I can now enjoy the view without having a partially sunken boat on my property.
