Too busy too care

I called for a consultation on a very time-sensitive issue. Being busy for a very small law firm is understandable and I received many apologies. However, it took a month to receive a simple no, we are too busy, and it was unclear whether an attorney ever reviewed my information. Seemed disorganiz...ed and I felt disregarded and lost valuable time and recourse.
