My estate planning practice focuses on federal and state estate tax planning, income tax planning and charitable giving. In addition, I represent clients in probate and estate administration.

My practice relating to trusts focuses on the drafting and administration of a wide variety of trusts for spouses and descendants of clients. I also prepare charitable trusts that benefit causes that my clients aim to support.

Currently, my litigation practice focusing on trust and estate litigation and dispute resolution. I have a background in administrative and appellate litigation relating to unemployment taxes and benefits, as well as professional licensure of real estate brokers and appraisers, home inspectors.
