Geoff's firm was recommended to me by a good friend, also a lawyer. My experience with legal issues in the past had lead me to believe that most lawyers were unapproachable and hard to understand. I had a tenant go sideways on me and legal guidance was absolutely imperative. Geoff helped me to und...erstand what steps could be taken, and the implication of these steps. He got me through a very tough situation relatively unscathed and for that, I am grateful.
