The Apex Law Group provides legal advice and counsel to businesses from companies that are starting-up to those that are publicly traded . By leveraging internet based tools and our low overhead, Apex Law provides quality legal service at an affordable rate.
My practice focuses on a variety of issues surrounding business start-up. My experience includes advising non-profits, for-profits and the especially interesting formation of business seeking to make a social impact.
Before joining Apex Law, I practiced complex environmental, land use, and real estate litigation. I have represented both public and private clients in a variety of jurisdictions including federal and state courts, local administrative proceedings, local legislative hearings, and state hearings boards including the Pollution Control Hearings Board.
My goal is to combine my litigation and corporate formation experience to help entrepreneurs get off the ground and to help all businesses maintain regulatory compliance, avoid costly litigation, and ultimately become more successful companies.
