Dana Kristin Fossedal

I feel that this attorney had only her own interests at heart. Phone calls and emails were not returned in a timely manner. She gave every excuse for this from blaming her assistant to technology, just to name a few. She was home sick, on vacation or just plain gone more than not. When questioned... why commitments made were not met, her responses were frequently quite defensive. Paperwork, spreadsheets and letters took forever to get composed and many times were full of errors found by the opposing side, requiring much rework. She spent a lot of time fighting over small stuff that cost more in billing hours than the items were actually worth. The case was dragged out way longer than was necessary.

I had a wonderful experience working with Dana. She was very understanding and responsive to my problems. She was great in the courtroom and really helped me and my kids. When I walked into her office, she responded immediately to my emergency situation and really took care of things. I was a mes...s before hiring her and things are so much better now. She totally turned my case around and safeguarded my kids -- got them out of a very bad situation. I now have custody and I feel sooo much better about my case.

We feel very mislead with this attorney. Our retainer was paid almost 4 months ago and after many promises, we feel we have been mislead. There still have been no papers filed or completed, we do not get timely (if any) return phone calls, we consistently have to call the office and leave messages wi...thout a response. These are promises she made upon us signing our contract. Now we are stuck with her since she has all of the money from the retainer. We have heard every excuse from it is her new assistants fault that she does not get her messages so we were given her email. She does not answer her email and today--she took Veteran's day off and her office was closed when there is still work to be done that is past due. What a way to treat a Veteran when she is suppose to be working for us.
