Louis H. Treiger

I have been working closely with Louis for more than a year now, primarily on business and real estate matters (including leases, purchase & sale agreements, and LLC formation. Louis is very diligent and thorough, inc. tying up "loose ends." I also find him a well-grounded "sounding board" as I weigh... options and courses of action, with his deliberate thought process. He is also creative in coming up with courses of action. He is highly ethical and looks at all sides of an issue. He is both careful and fair in his billings. He is clear in his communications with me and other parties, which avoids potential misunderstandings. He is not flashy or pushy, which is helpful in dealing with other parties. I would not hesitate to engage Louis Treiger in real estate- and business-related matters.
