Preliminary Meeting for Estate Planning

Kathy made time to meet with us just a couple of days after contacting her. She was very engaging and knowledgeable about our estate planning and grandparent custodial needs. We've decided on a course of action and she will help us prepare the relevant documents such as well, powers of attorney and... so forth.

Custody Issues

We were happy with Kathy's dedication to a very difficult case. She, above all, had our child's best interest in mind- which is what our entire case was about. She was able to help us see our challenges and kept us positive when our case became exceptionally challenging.

Kathy Marshall

Took time to talk about my case with me on my initial call. Didn't feel rushed like she had to get off the phone. She was interested in my case and wanted to help me the best way she could.

I've used other attorneys and Kathy is the best. She was tremendously persistent and achieved everything we asked for. I've described the case to other attorneys--how it started and where it ended and they are amazed. We were fortunate to have Kathy working with us.

Excellent attorney

Kathy is a great resource. She was always prepared for court dates and provided all documents needed during my divorce. Kathy always took the time to sit down with me, explain all the legal documents and go over what I could expect in court. She was the key in my divorce moving forward, I don't know... what I'd have done without her. I really recommend her.

Relationship: Fellow lawyer in community

"Kathy's an excellent attorney who cares about her clients. She's a problem solver who seeks to resolve cases on reasonable terms whenever possible. However, on those occasions when the other party is not acting in good faith, she's not afraid to take a stand. I love her balanced approach to family law. On top of that, she's a wonderful person. It's always a pleasure to cross paths with her."

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I endorse this lawyer. I have had an opportunity to work with Ms. Marshall on at least two guardianship cases when Ms. Marshall served in the role of the guardian ad litem. Ms. Marshall was very thorough and competent in both investigations. Ms. Marshall has a good reputation in the community for advocating for the best interests of alleged incapacitated individuals without getting drawn into or pressured by the interests of other parties. I would welcome her involvement on any guardianship case or any other matter where her excellent advocacy skills were needed."

Relationship: Worked together on matter

"I endorse this lawyer's work. I represented an heir of an estate and Kathy represented a disabled heir of the same estate in a contested probate proceeding. I was very impressed with Kathy's professionalism and her zealous representation of her client. This was a very difficult and frustrating case. The outcome had a significant impact on the financial wellbeing of her client. She obtained a very positive result. I would hire Kathy without reservation."
