An essential ally in legal matters - one of the best attorneys I've worked with

Mr. Kerruish has represented me in multiple, occasional matters over more than a decade and has facilitated resolution of matters in collaboration with counsel in other states. His analysis is sharp, his arguments are well-formed and well-put, and in court he has presented on my behalf--and prevailed...--with clarity and simplicity. He is my first call on legal matters (and doesn't hesitate to refer to others if more experiences in a particular situation) and is recommended without reservation.

My go-to lawyer.

I have hired David Kerruish on several occasions and so have been his client, and have also been his co-counsel on several cases since the late 1990s. He is first choice when I am hiring a lawyer because he is not only experienced in several areas of law, he is reliable, ethical, and quite effective ...in achieving the results we want. I refer David to people often, without hesitation. He is one of the best lawyers in town.

Horrible Litigator

David is without a doubt one of the worst attorneys I have ever encountered. He is painfully inept at legal argumentation and analysis. He failed to draft motions that would have expedited an informal resolution of the matter, which is what I wanted to achieve. Rather than try to facilitate an inf...ormal resolution, David sought to bill me for work that would only be necessary if the matter went to trial.

Unresponsive and Unapologetic

I paid this attorney to help resolve a problem with a homeowner's association. There were several instances where emails and phone calls were not returned within a week or more. He offered to contact the homeowner's association attorney, which he never did, and offered to send me information, which... he never sent.
