Jessica Yu focuses her practice on immigration and corporate law. Jessica helps foreign nationals obtain investor visas, including EB-5 visas, and helps domestic companies hire foreign also advises domestic and international companies throughout the entire lifespan of a business — from entity formation, through operation and management, and ultimate disposition of the business. Additionally, Jessica has been appointed to serve as Legal Advisor to the Consulate General for the Republic of Korea.
