I was involved in a car accident in June 2004, where the driver at fault had no insurance. Our automobile policy included personal injury protection and underinsured motorists coverage. Mr. McGonagle came well prepared and actually knew more than the insurance company's testimonial experts. All of the work came to a very successful outcome. The arbitrators ruled in my favor.
